A Bit About Lisa

Lisa is a dedicated yogi and fitness enthusiast with decades of experience in the health and wellness community. Her love for movement is reflected in her personal practice and teaching method which is a balance between strength and softness, playfulness and grounding.

 

Lisa has been teaching yoga since 2013 and has completed over 800 hours of yoga training from a variety of schools, styles and methodologies. Lisa created a yoga program for children that combines mindful learning with story-telling yoga. Her classes help students stretch both their minds and bodies, focusing on positive self-talk and loving kindness. She is committed to continuing her own path as an instructor through on-going training with some of the best yoga and fitness professionals.

 

Lisa is certified through ACE, AFFA, ACSM as a Health/Fitness instructor and Exercise Leader. Originally from Florida, she graduated from Florida State University with a degree in Food and Nutrition. Lisa  is passionate about inspiring people to reach their goals through yoga, fitness and a healthy lifestyle.
