Empower yourself to open up, release, and really receive all that you need in your whole body. Studio will be warm to allow your body to settle in easily. This practice is a great compliment to your power yoga practice. Poses will be offered at a slower place. It’s a potent complement to our Power Flow classes in that it specializes in deep hip, back and leg openings with longer holds to gain strength and increased mobility. All levels are welcome, first-timers and seasoned yogis alike!
