A Bit About Suzy

Suzy’s teaching style is marked by her calmness, patience, and supportive nature, which instills a sense of ease and comfort in her students. Her classes are designed to encourage mindful and intentional movement.

Suzy began her yoga journey in 2017 and committed to a regular practice in 2019. Initially, she approached yoga as a fun and mindful form of exercise, but she quickly realized its profound positive impact on all areas of her life. She feels fortunate to have discovered yoga early on, as it has equipped her with the tools to handle life’s challenges with calm and grace. Through her teaching, she aspires to help others find peace both on their mats and in their everyday lives. Outside of yoga, Suzy enjoys reading, spending time in nature, and exploring new places around the world.
