In this workshop, you'll learn fundamental acro yoga poses and techniques, guided by experienced instructors. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, you'll find a welcoming and supportive community.

Join us for a memorable acro yoga experience led by Phillip Kahn, a passionate and knowledgeable instructor. Phillip completed his 200-hour YTT, solidifying his expertise in yoga practice and instruction. He has also deepened his understanding of acro yoga by completing 10 hours of both basic and intermediate acro training. Under Phillip's guidance, you'll feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore the playful and empowering world of acro yoga.
