New to PCPY?

Welcome! You are exactly where you are meant to be.

No prior knowledge or experience is required! Simply arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled class to sign our waiver and familiarize yourself with the studio space.

Free on street parking is available on 16th Street in front of the studio. Additional free parking is available in the lot beside or behind the studio. Access from Market St, 16th St, or Dock St.

All classes are "all levels". Our teaching style and the yoga we practice are adaptable and accessible to everyone. Whether you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, Power Yoga works for all. As Baron Baptiste says:
“Come as you are, not as you should be.”

Unlimited Yoga - The Path to Transformation.

Available once per person. Good for 3 consecutive weeks.

Wear comfortable, clothing that you can move in. Sweat-wicking athletic apparel is recommended. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and a hand towel. We offer mats and hand towels for borrow if needed, mat towels for rent or purchase, bottled water for sale, and access to an endless filtered water fountain.

Our classes are heated. Temperature ranges 85-95( degree symbol) F, reminiscent of the warm North Carolina sun that we all love. Heated via infrared heat panels, this heat facilitates transformation, allowing your body to challenge itself and move in new ways. You'll leave feeling awakened and invigorated. Don't hesitate to give it a try. Plus, it makes the cold lavender towel at the end class that much more refreshing.

We have 2 showers available. Bring your own towel or feel free to borrow one from us.
