You will have an embodied experience of the principles and practices of yoga. Learn what it takes to be a catalyst for others’ growth and development in the classroom and out into the world . Leave this training with the opportunity to lead students and groups as a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher.

  • 1 Impactful, Interactive, Intimate Week:

    • October 2-7

    • Thursday - Tuesday

  • 2 Weekends:

    • Friday, October 24 - Sunday, October 26

    • Friday, November 14 - Sunday, November 16
