Dear Yoga,

I never wanted to do this. I only joined the studio because it was a block and a half from my house and I figured—if you can’t make it a block and a half then you have problems. That’s how I ended up here, but now I can’t imagine my life without you. My constant challenge is trying to get to you more often in a crazy life that doesn’t really allow for me taking an hour out of my day to just sweat in a dark room.

You are my touch point every week.
