Pick One

Is your energy or mind all over the place?

There a million things to do. There are lots of options.

Set your dristhi, your focus, on one point. It doesn't have to be the 'right' one. Just pick one.

T

ry it on your mat. Set your attention to your dristhi, your visual focus and watch your practice explode with power and ease.
