A Bit About Katelyn
Katelyn has spent most of her life in NC and currently lives in historic downtown Wilmington - 2 blocks from the studio! Katelyn believe in creating your life exactly as you want. So she created a Baptiste inspired yoga studio within walking distance of her house.

She is wife to a traveling golf broadcaster and mom to an energetic toddler. They spend as much time outside as possible. She enjoys gardening and growing her own food. She loves cooking for her family and believes food is medicine. Just as she believes movement is medicine. She grew up a dancer; the dance studio was the first place she discovered movement as medicine for her soul. Now she has yoga as medicine for both body and mind.

She has been teaching power yoga since 2016. A 300hr Certified Baptiste Leader (2018) and RYT- 500 (2021). She is also trained in aerial yoga, fingers crossed coming soon to Port City Power Yoga. She is passionate about empowering others, especially through the power of yoga.
