Service Description

Meditation has the power to change your life. It is a portal to a different kind of consciousness - one that is both reflective and restorative. Meditation as an access to presence and awareness. Join Holly Konrady for 4 weeks of meditation where we explore making choices from the heart and anchoring our awareness. Your practice has the potential to inform all of your choices throughout your day. What’s included: Daily meditation with a weekly focus. Week 1 - Body Scan, Week 2 - Breath, Week 3 - Affirmations/ Mantras, Week 4 - Imagery. Practice a variety of techniques to cultivate mindfulness. LIVE Meditations Monday - Friday 7:10 - 7:30am on Zoom, Recorded Meditations for Saturday & Sunday. All meditations will be recorded and available anytime. $30 to participate in the whole month. Purchase "Morning Meditation" pricing plan if you are not an Unlimited Member. Included for Unlimited & Year in Full members.
